Terms of service

• Service is billed monthly and continues until either side cancels. You can cancel anytime; it ends at the close of the current month.
• 30-day money-back promise: if you're not happy within your first 30 days, email ryan@brightlineleads.com and we refund your first month in full, no reason needed, within about 5 business days. We then turn the service off and help you disconnect Gmail and Jobber. The promise covers your first 30 days only; after that, cancelling simply stops your next bill. Fees you pay Jobber directly (your Jobber plan or its Receptionist) aren't part of it.
• We set up and run follow-up messages you approve. We can't promise a set number of bookings or reviews.
• You keep ownership of your customer data. We only use it as described in our privacy policy.
• You're responsible for having permission to contact the customers in your systems. We include an opt-out in every message.
