On a screen share, you click Allow for Gmail and Jobber and we write your messages together. We never ask for your passwords.
For the first day we draft replies without sending them so you can check every word. Then it runs on its own.

Questions
Yes. Brightline works with Jobber for scheduling and Gmail or Google Workspace for email. If you're thinking about switching to Jobber, we're happy to talk it through.
No. We write your messages together on the setup call, in your words. You approve every one before anything goes live, and the first day is a test where nothing sends.
Never. On the setup call you click Allow for Gmail and Jobber yourself, and you can disconnect either one anytime from your Google or Jobber settings.
Usually within a day of the setup call: a 20-minute screen share, one test day where we draft without sending, then it runs on its own.
Jobber bills it directly: $29 a month for 30 conversations, or included on Jobber's Plus plan. We turn it on and tune it for you as part of setup.
It's month to month, so you can cancel anytime. If you're not happy in your first 30 days, we refund your first month in full.
